Like most boxing apps, the Corner Boxing App is free to download and automatically keeps track of rounds and the round time with inbuilt round times or manual rounds. Paired with Corner Boxing Trackers, the boxing app will display your punch combinations, speed and power of the punches you throw. You’ll also get a KO Score which is a great way to track workrate per session. You’ll receive between 1-10 KO Points for each punch, with 10 KO Points being equivalent to a heavyweight knockout punch. Track your progress and compare sessions periodically. You can also subscribe within the Corner Boxing App for Corner On Demand, a library of boxing tutorials and structured sessions.
